I love how the ad people had so little faith in this Aristocats thing that they used a character from The Jungle Book to promote it.

  1. There’s the Baloo thing for sure. Baloo from The Jungle Book and O’Malley from The Aristocats were voiced by the same guy -maybe that’s their obscured selling-point.
    But did you notice that the poor sods in South London had to wait a week before the horse and carriage had delivered the reels of the new movie from the North London premiere . . .

      I knew about the “same guy” connection but the point is so obscure and not really pointed out (or only very limply pointed out) with the passing of the swinging party.

      But no I didn’t notice that South London get had to wait and that is hilarious.
