    Naw. Bring ’em back to trial–the People vs Polanski. Have that clever carney Jacko Nicholson (and probably most of his cronies) testify as well, regardless of the victim’s feelings.

    The LA DA may have botched it, but I wager that was due to some high-powered connections between Ho-wood studio execs and El Lay judiciary.
