    Joel McCrea is next month’s Star of the Month on Turner Classic Movies. Several nights will be devoted simply to his westerns.

      Oh cool. I’m really only familiar with his work with Sturges and Foreign Correspondent and I’d like to see some more. Very likable guy.

    I recommend a film he did with Ginger Rogers (she’s very good in it) called “The Primrose Path” where she plays the daughter of a prostitute who’s grooming her to “follow in her footsteps”.

    Another good film starring McCrea is called “Woman Wanted” with Maureen O’Sullivan.
