   It was all a wonderful accident. The opening act was delayed by the crush of huimanity. Set-up was running late. The crowd was restless. So it was ,”Quick…Havens only requires some mikes…get him out there.”
   …and the rest is history.

     And the part that they used in the film was from the third hour of his performance when he was just improvising. Awesome.
