   Although “With the Beatles” came out in 1963 I doubt that photo’s from then. Tights were hard to find in 1964, that dress looks more recent than 1964 and she only became a BBC presenter in 1970

   The length of the dress supports 1963.

   The cigarette does too.

   Hip girls who wanted the black beatnik leg would get ballet-dancer tights from dancewear stores.
   Pantyhose did not appear until 1965.
   I was in high school when that record came out and we played it and played it over and over again. My girlfriend named her first child ANNA after the song on it.
   sweet days they were.
